I paid for my package. How do I get my appointment time?
You don't need to do anything else. We schedule you from the details you gave at checkout and email your time and location one week before the show. Check your spam folder.
When does online booking close?
72 hours before the show. After that, walk-ups are welcome at our check-in table. A $25 late fee applies (it may be higher at national shows).
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2 pm ET Monday to Friday usually ship the same day by the USPS option you choose at checkout. Weekend orders ship Monday morning, and we don't ship on major holidays.
How early should I order for my show?
At least 10 business days before your show. Watch for holidays.
