*Florida Residents Please Note: Standard ground shipping normally arrives to you in one business day. If you place your order by 3:00pm you will normally receive your order by the end of the following business day. It is not necessary to choose overnight shipping if you need your order promptly.
Packages are generally dispatched the same day the order is received. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday). If you require special handling and or would like your order expedited, please contact us direct at 954-423-4161.
Please be aware that our next day shipping option is only for orders received before our 3:00 PM EST cut off. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Please select the delivery option that suits you best. Please be aware that if you require a product next day the order must be placed before 3:00 PM EST so please plan ahead.
International orders are sent Via USPS International Mail. If you are an international customer (outside the continental US) please note the following. The flat rate international shipping charge only covers the cost of sending the product from our warehouse to your destination.
We are not responsible for customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes and or any other fees over and above the shipping charges. These charges cannot be calculated due to the fact that they vary from region to region. If you are uncertain as to your countries guidelines, please check with the proper authorities in your country.
Pro Tan® stands behind its products quality and efficacy 100%. We will replace any defective product that results from manufacturing defects within 48 hours of customer receipt of package.
Customer must notify Pro Tan® within 48 hours and must receive an RMA number (Return Authorization) prior to return. We will not accept any returns without a clear RMA number indicated on the package.
Pro Tan® is not not liable for damages resulting from delivery. Customer must contact the shipper and file a claim for damages. We do not accept returns on any products that are not damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
